Long Country Lunch’ is a foodies experience not to be missed.

Toni will guide you through the basic skills 
you need to make delicious pasta. We will 
prepare a light Italian lunch that includes antipasti, 
filled pasta, and a delicious dessert. Using the best
local ingredients, we let the flavours tell the story..... 
recipes will vary according to seasonal availability.

Moroccan Food features a unique cuisine characterised
by subtle scents, delicate flavours and elegant presentation. 
Once you know the basic flavour combinations it’s easy
to create delicious Moroccan inspired dishes.   Savor the
delights of Morocco with such dishes astagines, couscous,  and a range of other traditional dishes.

Our Classes/tours are limited to a maximum of 12, however larger group bookings can be accommodated on request.  
We require a minimum of 6 for a class/tour to run.  We reserve the right to cancel and reschedule due to insufficient numbers.
We require a minimum of 7 days notice for booking changes or cancellations - once payment has been received no refunds can be issued.
