About Flavours of the Valley
Flavours of the Valley grew out of our passion for great food and a love of the local area. Having an Italian heritage, where life revolves around food, and a background in Hospitality teaching, it was only a matter of time before the two became one. And so...in 2010, our cooking school was established.
Flavours of the Valley is based in picturesque Kangaroo Valley just one hour from Wollongong and two hours from Sydney or Canberra (it really is worth the drive!). Residents of Kangaroo Valley for over 10 years, we aim to showcase the unique produce this area has to offer, in our Mediterranean cooking classes. Indulge your culinary senses and tantalise your tastebuds during a gourmet experience where you can rediscover the pleasures of cooking and sampling international fare that is grown and produced within this small farming community.
